Why Isn't My Internet Working?
This usually can be resolved by: 1) Unplug your Router/Modem 2) Check Internet Outages Here 3) Make sure your network cable (usually blue) is still plugged in
Why does my computer freeze all the time?
This could be due to your PC lacking enough resources (RAM). This quick solution is restarting your computer, but it could be a single application utilizing all your resources. Click CTRL+AL+DEL> Task Manager and only close applications you’re aware of.
Why is one of our phone's not working?
If you’re utilizing a Digital Phone, sometimes it’s as simple as unplugging the phone and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you’ll need to call your service provide to ensure there isn’t an outage. If all else fails, call us!
Why am I not receiving some emails?
This could be due to your emails being sent to your SPAM folder. Check your SPAM folder, if you see your email sitting in that bin, please right click and hit “NOT SPAM”. If it is not there, ensure that your sender is typing your address correctly. If all else fails, you may need to contact your service provider to see if they’re having issues.
I lost a file, can I recover it?
You can always check your “Trash Can”. If it’s not there, check and see if you’ve recently utilized a backup software. If you’re unsure, click “Start>Find>Type in “Backup”. If all else fails, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to retrieve the file through forensic file recovery.
How Do I setup my email on my phone?
This get’s asked a lot, but unfortunately there’s not a universal answer. This depends on who/what you’re using. On your mobile device, click Settings>Account>Add Account. If you see a familiar service, please follow the steps. If you’re still having issues, please contact us today.
